My story
Why Movement Became So Important to Me
After becoming a mother, I found myself feeling disconnected from my body.
After years of working in the corporate world, spending so much time thinking, planning and doing, I had almost forgotten what it felt like to truly inhabit my body.
I'd spent years practising meditation and breathwork, but something in me was asking for more.
My body wanted to move. To stretch. To dance. To feel music.
And the more I allowed myself to follow that invitation, the more connected, grounded and resourced I began to feel.
Movement became a way of returning to myself.
And now, it's something I feel deeply called to share with anyone who's ready to come back to themselves.
